How to Disable the Audio Playback Function

Master or admin user => This article explains how to block the audio playback for authors on T-Pro Dictate.

  • You are logged with your master or admin account.

    1. Go to the facility SETTINGS.

    2. Open the ADVANCED SETTINGS section.

    3. Select playbackBlocked from the list in the Key field.
      Activate this setting with the slider and click on UPDATE SETTINGS.


      => The key has now been added to the current settings of your facility.

    SAVE ALL CHANGES to apply the new function to the facility users.

    => This setting effects author users when working with T-Pro Dictate.

    => The play buttons are greyed out and they will receive a warning when trying to listen to audio files within the app.
