Process to transfer letters between facilities

  1. Obtain manager approval for the transfer.
  2. Complete and submit the required transfer request form: https://form.jotform.com/243382874826367
  3. Await confirmation that the form and approval have been processed.

    Note:
    No letters will be transferred until the form is completed and submitted and manager approval is obtained.
