This feature is visible for all user roles under ALL TASKS:
Set your filter and update the table.
In your result list move to the far right:
Print status icons will be displayed. Move with your cursor over the icon.
There are three statuses:

Grey printer, no tick = Not printed
2
Black icon with tick = printed at the displayed date and time stamp
In case that the document will be printed again the date and time will be updated.
3
If no icon is displayed the document is distributed electronically only.
NOTE: Users who work with LIVE TASKS (author, transcriber, editor, etc.) will also see the printer icon in their live queues if a task has been printed.
