- Enhanced Text Replacement options - text replacements can be set up on facility, department, or group level to be available to the respective users.
User can see where the entry derives from.It enables transcribers and editors to quickly insert formatted standard text and fill in the blanks as dictated by the author, improving efficiency and consistency.
- Appointment-related information - can be set up in the template to appear in the field Instructions for typists
Within the template (Master or Manager role):
Use the merge fields to include the relevant appointment information
For Transcribers/Editors:
In the text editor you'll find this information on the Instructions tab - Multi-line, rich text job title support for authors - to be set up in the author's sign off where two fields for extra content are available

- Manually added recipient data available for reuse - additionally to the previous recipient list (release 2.33) manually added recipients from previous tasks are also available in the Previous Recipients tab
- All queues are always visible - and displaying (0) tasks if the the queue is empty (where as previously an empty queue was dynamic and not visible without tasks)
- Enhanced workflow for clerical users - SAVE and OPEN NEXT has been extended to all queues (and not restricted to Pending as in release 2.32); this option always opens the next task of the queue you are working in

- Previous recipient list in the Address Book - Previous recipients under CC can easily be looked up and reused via a separate tab in the address book
- the user needs to filter the recipients (Facility / Department / Author Group / Author of the current task)
- Recipients used in the 5 recent tasks are displayed
=> quickly access a list of recent CC and main recipients used for the same patient within the same organisation; easy reselection of address data without manual re-entering or searching through old documents - Template option - to remove the default underlining in the signature to enhance the sign-off layout

Workflow improvement for clerical role - SAVE & FINALISE button provide the option to open the next pending task automatically allowing for faster navigation and minimal workflow interruption.

Edit task information - provides a field to select the second approver; this can be done by transcribers but is not required. (It can be added at a later stage e.g. by the author of the task.)
