Dictate Web Application 2.61.0

Released on September, 9th

This release offers UI improvements, for instance to easier spot missing patient information and see task history, and adds a refinement to facility-level duplex printing.

  • Clearer flag for missing patient links - Tasks without an associated patient now show a + Select Patient button instead of a small pencil icon, making it easier for users to spot and resolve missing patient information.

  • Updated "Deceased" icon - The icon used to flag a deceased patient has been changed to a black ribbon, shown together with a "Deceased" label.

  • More detail in task route history - When looking up a transcription route users now see the date and time a task entered and left each stage of the workflow, including when a task is currently in progress.

  • Duplex printing default resets automatically - When a facility enables duplex (double-sided) printing, the Duplex Printing toggle now resets to ON at the start of every print job. Users can still turn it off for an individual print run.
  • Bug fixes - related to template management, task tracking, and data export formatting.

Dictate Web Application 2.60.0

Released on August, 26th

This release adds a new safeguard for duplex printing, gives administrators more control over dictations and templates, and improves the reliability of notifications and account synchronisation.

  • Duplex printing safeguard - Facilities can now enable a setting that always prints documents double-sided, adding a blank page where needed so that one patient's information can never appear on the back of another's.
    Administrators can lock this setting for their facility.

  • More reliable Blueprint text entry - The Blueprint Builder now keeps plain text exactly as typed, so characters such as hyphens or numbers no longer convert automatically into lists or other rich text formatting.
  • Reliable access to archived tasks - Archived tasks and patient history files now open reliably as PDFs for all users, regardless of location or connection quality.
  • Attachment overview report - A new report is available listing all tasks that contain attachments, including their status, assignee, and attachment names.
  • Bug fixes  - related to task assignment and routing, template and merge field accuracy, appointment notification delivery, and account and login synchronisation.

Dictate Web Application 2.59.0

This release adds keyboard shortcuts for recording controls and visual indicators for AI Blueprint templates. Furthermore, it delivers clinical documentation workflow enhancements and increased operational stability. 

  • Keyboard shortcuts for Recorder V2 - Users can now play, pause, rewind, and start recording using keyboard shortcuts, making it faster to navigate audio while dictating.
  • AI Blueprint indicators - Document templates that use AI Blueprint are now marked with a visual tag in both the Admin and Author views, making them easier to identify.

Dictate Web Application 2.58.0

This release adds more control over AI Blueprint placeholders and brings speech recognition settings in line with the rest of the platform, alongside a set of reliability improvements to task lists and document handoff.

  • Configurable AI Blueprint placeholders - Administrators can now manage AI Blueprint placeholders directly through system settings, without needing a code change.

  • Speech recognition settings updated - The Auto Text, Formatting, and Dictionary tools for speech recognition settings have been updated, including a new formatting interface with category search and improved dictionary management.

  • Faster task list loading - Task lists and dashboards now load faster, especially in busy environments.
  • Expanded HL7 integration mapping - Additional data fields are now supported when mapping HL7 messages for system integrations.
  • Bug fixes - related to Front End Speech recipient and electronic flag handling, document synchronization between Scribe and Dictate Web, and task list display, sorting, and audio playback.

  • Updated legal version – removed references to "patients" in case of legal clients
  • Custom reporting – data extraction & export implementations
  • Bug fixes – regarding merge fields in templates, character encoding in PDF exports, and improved patient data merging for mobile dictation workflows 

T-Pro Web 2.56.0

Released on July, 20th

This release fixes template stability issues and handles template edits efficiently without any impact on performance. The Scribe app is supported with faster, more reliable local note generation and facilitates flexible user access. Furthermore, AI blueprints for Scribe can be added & refined within the web application.

  • Scribe-only access – users can now be set up for Scribe-only access without needing a full VR license, giving more flexibility when provisioning users.
  • Option to add AI Blueprints to templates – set up AI blueprint instructions for the templates to be used when the author works with T-Pro Scribe

  • Bug fixes – regarding divider behaviour in Cc fields, cursor jumping, the dictation of Notes and their output. Overall system performance improvements.

T-Pro Web 2.55.0

This release focuses on expanded API capabilities, backend improvements as well as backend configuration clean-up for enhanced reliability. It also includes reporting and vocabulary enhancements.
  • Vendor transcribers can work across different facilities – Vendor transcribers can continue transcription tasks for their assigned patients even when a task sits in a different entity, while confidential tasks remain protected.
  • German UI help button – correctly links to the German Help section
  • Internal enhancements – database & infrastructure changes, platform stability & improvements for clinical note generation

T-Pro Web 2.53.0

This release focuses on workflow improvements and reliability, plus several fixes across reporting, templates, recipients, including support for email addresses containing apostrophes and recorder/task creation edge cases.

  • Advanced Settings for electronic distribution icons – Facilities that enable the new setting see separate print and envelope icons in the ALL TASKS section reflecting physical vs. electronic distribution status.

    This setting refers to the released envelope icon for electronic distribution under All Tasks (see below 22nd of April, Improved task list overview ).
    It needs to be actively enabled, otherwise only the printer icon will be displayed.

  • Second approver workflows – fixed selection process from within the mobile app

  • Default document type persistence – user default document types now survive template edits/versioning
