Type Multiple Letters From a Single Dictation

=> Sometimes doctors will dictate multiple letters on the same recording and you need to create two different documents for the same recording. To handle this you can do the following:

Open the relevant task; you are in the T-Pro TEXT EDITOR.
Click the 3 dots on the right hand side next to the character count.
Click on DUPLICATE TASK.

=> Your internet browser opens the same recording in a new tab as a separate task.

The audio position should remain in its previously paused position.
It is possible to duplicate tasks in this way to several separate documents.
