Log into https://tpro.io/signin using your manager credentials.
2. Click on ALL TASKS.
3. Enter your filter criteria in the fields.
=> The more information you provide the more accurate your results will be in locating the task.
4. Once you have located the relevant Pending task, click on the options icon (the three dots) on the right of the task.
5. Select ASSIGN TO TRANSCRIBER.
5. Select a transcriber from the list and click SAVE.
=> The selected task will be moved to the selected transcribers Work in Progress list.
