1. Open 'Control Panel'
  2. Select 'Devices & Printers

3. Locate the foot pedal in the list
4. Right click and select 'Properties'

5. Select the 'Hardware' tab
6. Under 'Device Functions' select ' HID-complaint device'
7. Click 'Properties

8. Click 'Change Settings'

9. Click 'Driver'
10. Click 'Uninstall Device'

11. Now repeat steps 6 - 10 for the 'USB Input Device'

12. Once removed, the foot pedal will no longer be displayed in 'Devices & Printers'
13. Disconnect the foot pedal from the PC
14. Reboot PC
15. Plug into a DIFFERENT USB port on the computer
16. The foot pedal should be working now
