Log into https://tpro.io/signin.
Click on DASHBOARD on the navigation bar.
DASHBOARD TILES
At the top of the page, you see 5 dashboard tiles.
Each tile has a current count and a percentage underneath.
The percentage represents the comparison between the current figures and last weeks.
What each tile displays:
Pending tasks: The total count for tasks which are pending, for all groups that you are a member.
Work in progress: The total count for tasks which are work in progress, for all groups that you are a member.
Waiting for approval: The total count for tasks which are waiting for approval, for all groups that you are a member.
Storing: The total count for tasks which are storing, for all groups that you are a member.
Turnaround time: The average amount of turnaround time expressed in days/hours/minutes, for all groups that you are in.
CHARACTERS AND TASKS TYPED CHART
Below the dashboard tiles, there is a chart titled Volume typed in the last 12 months.
This chart shows the figures for characters typed and tasks typed per month.
If you hover over the dots on the graph, your exact stats will appear for that month.
You can view your current stats by hovering over the present month.
The graph can be altered to present characters only or tasks only. Simply select the label on the ledger below the graph to remove either one.
VENDOR TYPIST TARGET CHART
This chart is only available if a manager, master or admin has set a target for you. If it is visible, it will appear at the bottom of the page with the title Target for this month.
The bottom left indicates the target for characters typed this month.
If you hover over the segments for 'typed' and 'remaining', exact stats for each will appear.
