  1. Log into the mobile app.

  2. Click the 'Settings' icon in the bottom right corner.

3. Then click 'Live help and support'; you might have to scroll down the list.

4. From here you can chat directly with our helpdesk about any queries / questions.

Additionally, you can always contact our Helpdesk on support@tpro.ie​.
