To modify the recognised text in a document, you can edit it like you would normally do by either highlighting and typing over a word or just pressing backspace and re-typing the correct text. 

When playing an audio file you will see that the corresponding text to the audio is highlighted (karaoke style). 

Any changes made to the highlighted grey areas of text, or 'utterances', will be captured by the speech recognition system and used to gradually improve the quality of the output over time.
