  1. Better text editor for transcribers.
  2. Tags for templates and task. Transcribers now can add pre defined tags to tasks and these tags can change the flow of the task. Example: A task can contain a confidential tag to prevent it to be sent to undesired ends.
  3. Translations for Legal entities.
  4. Option to print the task directly with 2 clicks.
  5. Password policy for entities. The administrator of the entity can set the minimum length, if it requires lowercase, uppercase, symbol, numbers for passwords.
  6. Signatures on tasks are more compact now, to save space on the document.
  7. T-Pro only works on secure connection (HTTPS) now.

  1. Now you can add attachments to tasks if you are a clerical user, manager or master.
  2. Now you can have an optional new step in the workflow, it is called processing and is useful if you want to check or add information to a task before it goes to approval.
  3. Approval is now available on mobile apps and desktop browsers. Note: It is not available on mobile phone browsers right now.
  4. An approval group of users can now be selected in the task route, the individual approver can then be selected when working on the file. This is good for teams sharing approval.
  5. [FOR IT MANAGERS] If you have any integration with T-Pro, we can send you alerts when the integration is down.
  6. We show a badge count for iOS users when there are tasks to approve.
