Address block string formatting change to remove blank lines

How to change the address line string to have it display differently. The below will drag any blank lines up so that the address displays all lines underneath each other. ie. If the Suburb or address line 3 was missing, instead of leaving a blank line, the string pulls up Address line 4. (AddressLine1- )(AddressLine2- )(AddressLine3- )(AddressLine4- )(City- )(Zip- )(State- )
