Attachments - why don't we allow them in DMW?

If expectation that the user can attach a file to a letter to be distributed – the receiving systems do not accept attachments. RCP won’t accept attachments and neither will HealthLink: application limitations from their end. Anything that needs to be attached will need to be pasted into the body of the letter or printed and posted separately. Enc on e-copy, stating that enc will be printed and posted separately. If doctor wants a picture/image to be included, then the typist will need to copy and paste into the letter. The images have to be snipped as opposed to copy/pasted into the document as the image size in bytes will cause issues. DMW is set to reject anything close to 2MB as there is a limitation on Healthlink for 2MB which if breached can pull Healthlink down. DMW administrators will need to keep an eye on the distribution queue for failed distribution. If the document is too large, the error message will state so.
