Autotexts are held on the server. If there are issues with users being able to see their own or shared autotexts then there is corruption that has occured in the profile. Rename the profile folder to
.old Ask the user to log back into the application and the system will recreate the Autotext folders. Ask the user to check the Shared or User-created autotext lists and confirm if resolved
