Cannot add date into a document using the visit field, cannot change NHI or visit number

What has happened here is the author has created the letter from an appointment which locks the NHI and visit field so a typist can't change it. When the typist opens the document it looks like the below, notice the 3 dots next to the NHI are greyed out... When the typist changes from the General Corr job type to the Clinic Letter job type, that requires a visit to be entered so the date can be inserted into the document but you can't do that as those fields are locked: The workaround is to make sure the audio cursor is at the beginning of the audio, right click and split the job which will create a new document, enter the NHI and select the correct visit, copy and paste the speech recognition text across and delete the original job. Or the typist could return the job to the author with a comment asking them to change the job type to Clinic Letter and re-send. Alternatively, the typist could right click on the Clinic Date binding, turn that into plain text and type a date into the letter but I'm not sure what date it would be filed under in HCS. You could try this is test and see what happens.
