DMO : Microphone Default Timeout

From v2023.4, the option to set the microphone timeout is now present on NMC (Dragon Medical One > Manage) and can be enabled within Group Level only. By default, it is set to 1 minute and you can select 1|2|3|4 minutes. This setting will reflect on the DMO app under Options > General and will show up as read-only. There used to be configurations that can be set on the config file but those legacy settings will be ignored with this setting now present on NMC.
