DMSK - Steps to follow for new users

If the site does not have DMO or DMSK installed already a Technical Readiness from a site perspective needs to occur. Following this meeting the next support steps can follow. In this meeting, we will discuss and provide security documentation, provide the URL information. Schedule Technical Readiness meeting with site contacts, including IT department SBS Log a ticket for support to configure DMW servers for both test and PROD & test/confirm that it works (THIS IS A ONE AND DONE PER SITE) Discovery regarding templates and if redesign is required to support SR / Log a new Ticket, attach the SR form for support to create the end users in the databases. (see attached) Day of Author training - turn on the SR for the document types and the author. Each document type will need SR turned on OR a separate document type created and named as a SR document. The reason that you would create a separate document is that some sites have setting created in the document types/templates for the typists carriage returns and justified formatting that can create issues with SR.
