DMSK Workflow for Licenses

Sales will create a deal, fill in the DMSK document found in the CRM document folder. The end user file will be uploaded to the deal to form part of the installation information. Before the NMC steps are completed the End User account needs SR turned on first. Web Manager: End user account needs SR turned on Department document types need to be turned on. NMC: Setup the user in the NMC Setup licenses in the NMC Set the SR user ID in the Database
