DMW - Export audio from a given document ID

Logon to organisation Production server Open DMW Desktop client - Login with the SBS Test user account 3000 (or whatever is available) Search Document ID Press Search (top right corner) Press Skip (top right corner of the search window that opens) - this will allow you to view the Document ID field where you can enter the provided DocID. Enter the DocID and press enter to search Double click the document once it appears in the window below While the document is open in DMW, browse to File Explorer Browse to C:\ProgramData\Winscribe\Users\3000 (SBS test user account - details in Keepass) Browse to the temporary path of the open document C:\ProgramData\Winscribe\Users\3000\2690995.wsj\Media\Audio the folder name should match the DocID In this folder you will find the vox file. This can be converted to another file type for playback in Media player - mp3
