Document Manager showed a document still in Transcription QA when the module is not turned on

What can happen is if you set a filter in the document manager in the web admin screen, apply it, then change the filter and apply it again while the results from the first filter are still coming back then you end up seeing the results from the first filter but the filter shows as the second.
