Exporting/Importing Custom Words/Commands From the DragonBar, select Vocabulary Center>Export custom word and phrase list. Specify a file name for the text file. Click Save. Remember this location. Exporting/importing custom commands (optional) From the DragonBar, select Tools>Command Center. Select Mode>Manage. To export only custom commands, choose User-defined in the Group drop-down list. If you do not see User-defined commands in the drop-down list, you do not have any custom commands. Click the plus sign (+) to expand the list of commands. Select the check box next to the commands to export. Click Export. Remember this location. To import command files From the DragonBar, select Tools>Command Center>Command Browser. On the open Command Browser window, click the Manage button. In the toolbar of the Manage area, click Import. Use the Choose a file to import from dialog box to navigate to the location of the voice command file, for example, MyCommands.dat, which you want to import, and select the file. Click Open. In the Importing MyCommands dialog box, select the commands you want to import by clicking the check box to the left of the command so that a check mark appears in the box. If you need to expand the list to find the command(s) you want, click on the plus sign (+). When all the commands you want to import are selected, click the Import button. The status of the import process and any error messages appear in the Import Status dialog box.
