Dragon toolbar is not displaying onscreen. Appears hidden.

Hover over the application shortcut running on the taskbar, a small window will appear above. Right click on the box and select Move from the menu that appears. A move multi directional arrow will appear in the area the toolbar is located. This should allow you to drag the toolbar back onscreen to a viewable area.
