Gaps in audio using DMO/DMW on some workstations

The “Audio Enhancements” feature was the cause and it was felt this may also cause mid-sentence gaps at Rocky, but not confirmed. If using a SpeechMike, the other potential cause was the sleep mode, so ensure to disable the mic auto-mute feature. Additionally Dell has acknowledged audio gaps with the following update.
