How do I redirect Winscribe dictations sent to the wrong facility?

Occasionally we see clinicians using the wrong install instance of the Winscribe dictate app SBS Pro to dictate into the Hospital instead of the private facility or vice versa.

The dictations can be retrieved from the facility and imported into the correct location or sent to a person on site for import.

As an example: Urology Associates is one of our hosted facilities. The information for our hosted facilities or smaller groups that are setup as a department in our main two facilities are located in Keepass. (Winscribe - Expresstype Facilities).

These dictations can be located on our expresstype server in the C:\Winscribe\Server\FACILITIES\Facility17\Recrding

I find the associated vox files for the advised dictation numbers and copy them to my local machine, use 7zip to compress them and send to the hospital (Travis Pittman - contact at CDHB 03/26) and provide a password for security if required.

Dictations can be imported to the server using Importer if the dictations have gone in the opposite way. They will be sent through from a hospital contact or may need to be grabbed from a client onPrem Winscribe server.
