I've closed the ticket and the status doesn't say Closed - it says something else

When this happened to me, the status was changing to ''cancelled'' instead of closed when i manually closed the ticket. I had been messing with the ticket status order in the config section under the super admin user. The first ''closed'' status in the list is selected by the system when you click the ''close'' button on the ticket. Make sure ''closed'' is at the top of that list in chronological order. If you put Cancelled status above Closed status in the list below, then cancelled would change to be the default option when you select the close icon on the support ticket.
