Philips SpeechLive - Using Microsoft Single Sign On

New users must activate their account in the first instance from the invitation email. Then set a password, log out and then login again and choose the Microsoft option which will be associated with SpeechLive in the clients Azure tenant. They will need to configure this in Intra AD.
