Pointing User profiles to a different server/s

The setting for which server that Desktop is pointing to is stored in the user profile folder. By default, this in C:\ProgramData\Winscribe\Users but I think at BOP you’ve got it on a share on the server. The file you are looking for is Winscribe.Desktop.config: And in that folder, you can see the server name (excluding http/https, which is the setting above): Changing and saving this setting will affect which server that Desktop goes to. As mentioned over the phone, I’d make sure that any users who need to switch between servers use a local profile – changing this file will affect all users whose profiles are in that folder, so changing it on the server share will point everyone to the new location.
