Winscribe SBS Dictate mobile app new user accounts
Browse to MetroN_App_Authors.xlsx
Scroll to the bottom of the list and choose the next available Author ID. Enter the details of the end user as are current. You will need to get their Username for DMW from the steps below.
Login to the Production server – details in Keepass
Open DMWM and add the Author ID for WinScribeDD to the “Other Settings” – Import ID field
RDP to the Mobility server (details in KeePass)
Open Web interface for exporter and confirm that the Dept ID for the clinician is listed in the Exporter rule
Confirm departments are available in Winscribe, should match Dept ID that is listed in DMW
Add new author accounts with Author ID as is next available in the list and matches the spreadsheet.
