Speech Recognition - Document contents are lost

When as an author, if you are using a speech recognition document type and you pull back a dictated document before the typist has typed (either using the 'has documents' icon or from the sent queue). They system will delete the audio and the text but it will pop a warning that it will be doing both. If the typist has a SR document and they need to change the document type - the system will warn that the text will be lost and the document will need to be retyped if the text is not copied beforehand. (As expected with non SR document types)
