SpeechExec - Upload to SpeechLive Error
SpeechLive connection is showing as offline in Speech Exec and an error is produced when connection is unsuccessful. Speech Exec version 8.8 Information from Philips: We are aware of an issue triggered by a recent update to Microsoft Azure. The update involves new security communication protocols, specifically SSL/TLS, that are incompatible with the legacy Speech Exec Version 8.0 application. The development team had to migrate SL Classic Services, because it was EOL by Microsoft which caused this issue only with Speech Exec version 8. Speech Exec v8.0 reached the end-of-support status in December 2018, more than five years ago, which means that it will no longer be supported with patches, security updates or technical support. As a workaround, you have two options. · Migrate to the web-based application with the Desktop APP at no additional cost. · Upgrade to Speech Exec Version 12.X, which comes with the latest features and enhanced security. These choices provide a version that aligns with current SSL/TLS protocols and has ongoing support.
