Why don't we use the Attachments module?

RCP and Healthlink won't accept attachments. This is a limitation of these programs. If an Author or Typist wants additional information to be included in documents: copy + paste content into the body of the letter OR print and post separately. enc on e-copy stating that the enc will be printed and posted separately. If an Author wants an image to be included It must be snipped and pasted into the letter - Healthlink has a maximum size per document and will not accept anything over 2MB. DMW has a cap on document size and will reject distribution if the document size goes over 1.9Mb. If this occurs the documents can be found in "failed distributions'' in the web admin screen.
