Login to the License server Select Manage Licenses from the top tabs Available free licenses that have not been picked up will show in the far-right column. If no licenses are available you can find out whether there is a free user account that is unused and release it from this Author ID. Or alternatively add another license, these will have to be purchased from us and generated to import.
