Winscribe DD - General desktop troubleshooting

Some of our users have their own on-premise Winscribe server, the details of these can be found in KeePass. Those clients hosted with us are listed in G:\SBS - Clients - WinScribe\expresstype facilities.docx (Pg1) - Customers large enough to have their own facility (Pg2) - Customers under our ASP facility (typically smaller groups) - 8999 On install for SBS hosted Winscribe clients the URL specified is https://www.typeit.co.nz/winscribe. If the correct URL is not entered on installation this can be amended in the registry under the following hive: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Winscribe\General\ Where multiple users are logging in from the same workstation a registry key folder will be created under: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WinScribe\Users for the UserID (****), this can be renamed if a particular user is having trouble logging in. A password reset can be done from the web admin console: Winscribe.NET - see the above-mentioned document for manager logins for each facility and our ASP. Some users can connect to multiple organisations: For example, typist with two clients for typing. User ID can have a WinScribeURL string entered to associate the login Security code with a specific organisation to connect and authenticate too.
