This was caused by an OS update on the Samsung mobile. Attached configuration instructions that can be provided to the user for each OS type. Some of our WinScribe customers are hosted by us, they will use server URL: https://www.typeit.co.nz/wsppcserver Other customers have their own on premise WinScribe server and the URL should be viewable in Keepass.
