Are import jobs stuck? Look in C:\Dictation Import If so: Stop Winscribe Importer service Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Winscribe\Import\CopyQueue.xml and SRQueue.xml Start service Clear ReadOnly flag from jobs If jobs now import - Test OK
